Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring teams to fill software and IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles (developers, engineers, etc.)
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other tools to attract top tech talent
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews
• Maintain candidate pipelines and reports
• Collaborate with tech teams to understand hiring needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Familiarity with tech roles and recruitment platforms
• Strong communication and coordination skills
