Job Role and Responsibilities

As an HR Recruiter, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between companies and top talent. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying client hiring needs.
• Reading and analyzing job descriptions provided by clients.
• Developing recruitment strategies with the team.
• Sourcing candidates through portals and other sources.
• Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
• Scheduling candidates as per client requirements.
• Following up with candidates until they join.
• Updating details in the CRM tracker.
• Ensuring candidates stay in the job during the replacement period.
