HR Recruiter - Fresher

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update tracking sheets regularly.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles.
• Communicate with candidates professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
• Support HR team with onboarding activities and documentation.
• Follow recruitment processes and maintain hiring timelines.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts (training will be provided).
• Ability to work with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with interest in HR recruitment are encouraged to apply.
