Job Description

  • Hiring Strategy: Coordinate with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Sourcing: Source potential IT and non-IT candidates from various channels, including job portals, social networking sites, institutes, and referrals.
  • Candidate Management: Screen and shortlist candidates, prepare and distribute interview assignments and tests, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Negotiation: Negotiate salaries, perform reference and background checks, and handle other applicable work.
  • Candidate Outreach: Develop your own network of suitable candidates and craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Process Improvement: Research and recommend new sources for both active and passive candidate hiring.
