Qualification

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate/MBA / PGDBM.
  • Prior experience in hiring.
  • Comfortable to work on Rotational shift.
  • Good understanding of HR policies & procedures.
  • You are organized, meticulous & detail oriented.
  • You ideally possess a degree in human resources or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills , roles and responsibilities.

Responsibility

  • Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
  • Posting job description on the job portals.
  • Knowledge in job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.
  • Should have very good in communication skills.
  • Searching profiles from job portals and scheduling interviews.
  • Understanding the requirement, sourcing profiles from various channels like job portals, networking.
  • Screening profiles and candidates over phone, short listing profiles and presenting them to the Recruitment Manager.
  • Keep following up till the joining of candidates.
