Position: HR Recruiter

Experience:

• Fresher with Internship in sales Recruitment or
• Minimum 6 Months of Experience in Sales Hiring

Added Advantage:

Candidates with Banking Sales Hiring experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, or other job portals is preferred.
