Job Description

Epic Consultancy is a leading HR consulting firm based in Tilak Nagar, Delhi. We are currently looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. If you're enthusiastic about HR and have a sharp eye for identifying the right talent, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate face-to-face interviews
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients
  • Negotiate salaries and close offers with candidates

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of HR best practices and recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
