Role Description

This is a remote internship position for a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various roles within the organization. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, utilizing multiple channels to attract potential candidates, scheduling and conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. Additionally, the role involves maintaining recruitment records and contributing to the improvement of recruitment strategies through data analysis and feedback.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify suitable talent, and experience in handling multiple hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements from different departments
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Handle job postings on various recruitment platforms
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during recruitment

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
  • Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR software

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred

Experience

  • Fresher to 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR

Salary

1-2 years experience: 15k to 20k

3-6 years experience: 30k to 35k
