Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in computer operations, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Post hiring requirements on social media platforms
  • Conduct cold calling for recruitment
  • Handle office administration, stock inventory, and stationery management
  • Manage recruitment for blue-collar and managerial staff
  • Complete joining and exit formalities, maintain documentation
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and escalations within defined timelines
  • Issue HR letters (appreciation, absconding, warning letters, etc.)
  • Provide basic training to blue-collar and white-collar employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals
  • Work with ERP software portals
  • Handle company registrations (Shop & Establishment, ESI, PF, Labour License, etc.)
