Job Description

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications for potential hires.
  • Compliance Management:
  • Ensure adherence to all employment laws, industry regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Regularly review and update company policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal requirements.
  • Assist in audits and ensure the organization passes all compliance-related assessments.
  • Coordinate training sessions to educate employees about compliance matters (e.g., workplace safety, anti-discrimination laws).
  • Other HR Functions:
  • Support employee relations and resolve any HR-related issues.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Assist in employee performance evaluations and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in HR recruitment and compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite.
