Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven HR Recruiter with deep experience in the manufacturing sector. The role demands strong hiring capabilities across plant, technical, and corporate functions, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment typical of listed companies.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End RecruitmentManage the complete recruitment lifecycle for plant, technical, and corporate roles

Handle bulk as well as niche hiring requirements within defined timelines

Manufacturing Hiring ExpertiseSource and hire candidates for roles such as production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and plant leadership

Build strong pipelines for blue-collar, white-collar, and mid-senior level roles

Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with plant heads, functional leaders, and management to understand hiring needs

Provide regular updates and hiring insights to leadership

Sourcing StrategyUtilize job portals, social media, references, consultants, and internal databases effectively

Screening & EvaluationConduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments

Ensure quality of hires aligned with business requirements

Employer Branding & Candidate ExperienceEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Compliance & DocumentationMaintain proper recruitment documentation as per listed company standards

Ensure adherence to internal policies and audit requirements

Share MIS reports with HR leadership and management

Candidate Requirements

4–5 years of core recruitment experience in manufacturing sector only

Proven track record of closing positions in plant and technical functions

Experience working in a structured / listed company environment preferred

MBA in HR is an added advantage

Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and hiring processes
