Hr Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The selected candidate will work on client hiring requirements and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, coordinating with clients, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle

Eligibility

* Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA in HR preferred)

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

* Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements, primarily for Non-IT roles

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels

* Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates based on client requirements

* Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

* Prepare and issue offer letters and support candidate onboarding

* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports

* Post job openings on various recruitment platforms

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs

* Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely closure of open positions

* Support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations as required
