Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle on boarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination.
  • Support HR compliance, statutory documentation (PF, ESI, etc.)

Required Candidate profile

  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Mediatory Travel Company's Recruitment
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources / PGDM (HR).
  • Proven experience with bulk hiring and closing aggressive monthly targets.
