Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for IT and non-IT roles
Utilize consultancy experience to enhance recruitment strategies (preferred)
Maintain excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
