We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding top tech talent.

Role Overview

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various IT roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
