We are expanding our Recruitment Division and looking for 15 HR Recruiter to drive endtoend BPO hiring.

Role Overview:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for BPO roles. You'll play a key role in building strong teams and ensuring smooth recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Conduct telephonic and facetoface interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and updates

• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports

Desired Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

• Prior experience in BPO hiring preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

• Targetdriven and selfmotivated

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 10,000 19,000 per month

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

All Sundays off + 2nd & 4th Saturday off
