Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our regional hiring team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned regional requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and vendor support
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR operations team
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements
• Work closely with regional managers to understand hiring needs

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle
• Good coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
• Prior experience in bulk hiring or regional hiring is an added advantage
