About the Role

Mediaclock is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Hardcore HR Recruiter who can take complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and closing positions
• Handle hiring requirements across multiple departments simultaneously
• Ensure quality CV shortlisting aligned with job requirements
• Maintain strict adherence to defined TAT (Turnaround Time) for closures
• Conduct initial HR rounds and candidate evaluations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for requirement clarity and feedback
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Track and report recruitment metrics and progress

Requirements

• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in recruitments across digital marketing,business developement, Australian accounting professionals, and other profiles
• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong ability to close positions within deadlines
• Experience handling multiple roles across departments
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong screening and candidate assessment skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
