We are Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 0-3 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter who can own both the strategic and operational sides of hiring. This role combines long-term talent planning with hands-on recruitment, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the right people as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and build a scalable hiring plan.
  • Develop long-term talent pipelines for critical, niche, and future roles.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through career pages, events, and social channels.
  • Track industry trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring benchmarks.

2. Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all open roles.
  • Write clear job descriptions, manage sourcing, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct competency-based evaluations and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage recruitment dashboards, hiring SLAs, and weekly reporting.

3. Stakeholder & Process Management
  • Work with hiring managers to define requirements, interview structures, and selection criteria.
  • Improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain structured documentation, feedback loops, and candidate data accuracy.

4. Talent Relationship & Pipeline Building
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates, communities, and talent networks.
  • Manage campus hiring, referral programs, and external recruitment partners.
  • Represent the company at hiring events, meetups, and industry forums.

5. Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate with HR Ops to ensure smooth offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding.
  • Ensure new hires transition seamlessly into the team.

Requirements:
  • Freshers or under 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms and networks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and assessment capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach with comfort using dashboards and ATS tools.
