Job Title: HR Recruiter & Operations Intern

Grade: Intern

Reports To: Founder

Duration: 60 Days

Work Mode: Remote

Internship Nature: This is an unpaid internship. While there is no monetary compensation, the role offers structured, hands on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, providing practical experience highly relevant in today's competitive job market.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support continuous internship recruitment and basic HR operations required for ongoing business activities. The position ensures timely sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordination of interns so that operational teams remain adequately staffed without delays. The role contributes to consistency, execution flow, and discipline in internship hiring and HR coordination during the internship period.

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter & Operations Intern supports end-to-end internship recruitment and essential HR operational activities. Responsibilities include posting internship openings, screening applications, coordinating with candidates, assisting in onboarding, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. This role offers hands on exposure to recruitment and HR operations in a remote, execution-focused environment.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  1. Internship Recruitment Support :Coordinate sourcing, screening, and scheduling of internship candidates across multiple roles.
  2. Job Posting & Application Management: Maintain active internship job postings and manage incoming applications in a structured and timely manner.
  3. Candidate Communication & Coordination: Communicate with candidates via email and calls, share role-related information, and guide them through the selection process.
  4. Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding activities for selected interns and ensure joining formalities are completed as per organizational guidelines.
  5. Recruitment & HR Records Management: Maintain accurate, organized records of candidate data and recruitment activities.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  1. Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and core HR processes.
  2. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and modern AI productivity tools
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
