We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews and facilitating candidate assessments.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with relevant candidate information.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
