Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, and other job portals.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support employee engagement and other HR activities.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Eligibility

• Candidates with IT recruitment experience will be preferred.
