Job Title: HR Recruiter (0–1 Year Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
• Support other HR activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Familiarity with job portals and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
