Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and references.
Conduct telephonic/virtual calls with candidates to assess fitment.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 24 years of recruitment experience (education/university sector preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Advanced Reporting).
Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month (based on experience & expertise)
