Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Achieve recruitment targets within timelines.

Eligibility:

️ Graduate in any discipline.

️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

️ Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes (preferred).

️ Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

️ Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
