We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to finding talent, and a passion for helping candidates find the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in Bulk Hiring for Field Sales Executives
- Proficient in using job portals and social media for recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
