Lead and manage HR-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards throughout project execution.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR-Project Management professional should have:

A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing HR-related projects within the technology and telecoms industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
