Description
We are seeking experienced HR Professional across various Countries including Australia, UK, Canada, and New Zealand. The ideal candidates will bring a wealth of experience in HR practices, showcasing their ability to manage diverse HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Collaborate with management to create a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Australia, UK, Canada, and New Zealand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges.
