Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR professional located in Jalandhar. The HR professional will be responsible for managing various human resources tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and managing personnel. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
- Personnel Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
