About the Role:
We're looking for a Performance Management System (PMS) Specialist who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about driving performance excellence. If you have 25 years of solid experience in PMS and a strong grasp of KPI, KRI, and other performance frameworks, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain the organization's PMS structure.
Define and monitor KPIs and KRIs across departments.
Support departments in goal-setting aligned with strategic objectives.
Facilitate performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Provide PMS training and support to managers and employees.
Analyze data and present performance insights to leadership.
Continuously improve PMS policies and tools.
Ensure alignment and consistency across teams in performance evaluation.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 5 years of hands-on PMS experience.
In-depth knowledge of KPI and KRI frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Familiarity with PMS tools/software is a plus.
