Placement Coordinator- Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Connect and collaborate with schools, colleges, EdTech companies, and educational institutions for placement opportunities.
- Organize free workshops/webinars for schools and colleges to build institutional relationships.
- Coordinate with senior leadership teams of schools and educational institutions.
- Review participants CVs and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct the first round of interviews to brief candidates about the role, assess profiles as per job requirements, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Follow up and coordinate between institutions and learners to ensure a smooth placement process.
- Conduct sessions for learners on effective resume preparation and interview readiness.
- Maintain records of candidate progress, interviews, and placement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Placement, Institutional Partnerships from the Education sector.
- Prior experience in Educational Institutions, Colleges, Universities, Training Institutes, or EdTech organizations is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to evaluate CVs and conduct screening interviews effectively.
- Capable of independently conducting sessions on resume preparation and interview readiness.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Only candidates with relevant experience in placements, institutional tie-ups, and learner career support will be considered.
Candidates without relevant placement experience from the Education sector are requested not to apply.
