We're Hiring: HR & People Operations Associate | Hyderabad (On-site)
We're building one of India's most distinctive Ayurveda-origin beauty brands rooted in authenticity, provenance, and real results.
We've served customers across India and the US, sold over 1 million products, and built a thriving community that believes in mindful beauty. As we enter our next growth phase with new launches, global expansion, and brand evolution, we're looking for an ambitious HR & People Operations Associate to help scale our people and culture.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across teams and functions
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate experience
- Own onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Manage HR operations including PF, ESI, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain HR policies, documentation, and people processes
- Partner with leadership on hiring and culture-building
- Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and hiring platforms
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR / People Operations
- Hands-on recruitment experience in startups, D2C brands, or scaling companies
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll coordination
- Familiarity with hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, or Internshala
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High ownership, integrity, and people-first mindset
- Hyderabad-based and comfortable working on-site
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR tools like Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR
- Employer branding or LinkedIn content experience
- Exposure to internship or campus hiring programs
