Job Summary


We are looking for a detail oriented Payroll Inputs Processing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in handling HR payroll inputs and related data processing activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage payroll related information accurately while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely payroll processing.


Key Responsibilities



  • Process and validate payroll input data including salary components, employee benefits, statutory deductions, and other payroll-related information.

  • Manage and update payroll-related inputs such as Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, employee benefits, and compliance data in line with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll input data before submission to the payroll processing team.

  • Maintain and manage payroll data through Excel databases and HR systems.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and other relevant teams to collect and validate required payroll inputs.

  • Ensure strict adherence to payroll timelines, internal protocols, and compliance requirements.

  • Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and maintain data integrity.

  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives within payroll input management.


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or payroll input processing.

  • Strong working knowledge of payroll inputs, employee compensation data, PF, gratuity, and statutory compliance elements.

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.) are highly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (experience with major HR systems is an added advantage).

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow process protocols and timelines strictly.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience in payroll data validation and reporting.

  • Exposure to payroll automation or HR data analytics.
