What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

The role includes managing Benefits, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Insurance, HR Advisory Services, Database Management, HR Audit and manage employee life cycle operations.

Benefits / Payroll :

  • Consolidate the inputs (Attendance sheet, Leave Records, Statutory contribution, Incentive, Conveyance, etc.)
  • Handling employee grievances related to Salary Structure and taxation for IMEA location.
  • Correcting arrears in salaries, if any.
  • Collecting employee's investment proof forms/investment proofs.
  • Supporting in increments/ promotions

Statutory Compliance :

  • Manage regulatory filings like Filling PF, ESI Challans, Returns, LWF, Shops & Establishment Act, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and Minimum Wages Act
  • Handle UAN allotment, PF / ESI monthly registrations, challan generation, and annual reconciliations for PF and ESI.
  • Support timely renewal of necessary business licenses.

HR Governance & Database Management

  • Maintain accurate records for personal details, salary, retirals, bonus, attrition, and appraisals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports for management meetings.

HR Audit & Administration :

  • Lead and guide the team through regular internal and external HR process audits.
  • Manage and release the annual PAN-India leave calendar.

You have:

  • Academic background in Graduate degree or equivalent experience with an MBA in HR
  • Previous experience in or with 4-6 years of HR experience, specifically within Shops & Establishment (S&E) and Factory setups.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar ERPs).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong collaboration, and effective management of collaborators.
