We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing excellent support to our employees regarding payroll matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement, including salary, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in HR and payroll systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management and finance departments.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees regarding payroll matters.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary changes in payroll processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4-12 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
