We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing excellent support to our employees regarding payroll matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement, including salary, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in HR and payroll systems.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management and finance departments.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees regarding payroll matters.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary changes in payroll processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4-12 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
