Job description Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and submit payroll Inputs to corporate team.

On boarding formalities in HRMS tool and employee file preparation for newly joined

Employee code creation and ESIC creation for all New joiner's

Initiating BGV for all new joiners

Handling HRMS tool to maintain all employee records.

Uploading employee data base in HRMS portal ( New Joiner details, Roster upload, Biometric data upload). Readiness preparedness

Preparing for Quarterly audits Respond to employee inquiries in Salary Helpdesk Desired Candidate Profile

Interested in learning new things.

Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills

A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations.

Able to prioritize under deadline pressure

. - Candidates from Hyderabad will be preferred.

- Very Good communication in English, Hindi & Telugu - Should Have MBA/PGDM in HR Specialization
