We are looking for an Organizational Development professional to drive people strategy, performance frameworks, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

This role will focus on building scalable HR systems that align employee performance with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development

  • Design and implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles
  • Develop and manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Drive organizational capability-building initiatives

Performance Management

  • Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS)
  • Define and implement KPI, KRA, and OKR frameworks
  • Develop and track Employee Balanced Scorecard (EBC) systems

HR Systems & Digitalization

  • Lead HR digitalization initiatives and ERP implementation
  • Improve process efficiency through automation and system adoption

Learning & Best Practices

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support learning programs
  • Implement HR best practices and support CSR initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • 410 years of HR experience with a focus on Organizational Development
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Hands-on experience in PMS frameworks and HR systems

What We're Looking For

  • Strong expertise in OKR, KPI, and KRA frameworks
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and performance systems
