  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in shared services, operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a multinational or global organization.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for Shared Services operations in the US, UK, and Europe, aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for operational excellence, cost reduction.
  • Implement innovative solutions to drive business performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Shared Services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Implement best practices and operational frameworks to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

Talent Management

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that empowers employees.
  • Hire, and retain top talent to strengthen the team's capabilities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit heads, and global counterparts.
  • Collaborate effectively to understand business needs, align priorities, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives to streamline processes, automate workflows, and leverage technology to enhance service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to propose and implement new ideas.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and transformation.

  • Lead and manage change initiatives effectively, communicating clearly and addressing concerns.
