What is this role about
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Trainee to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in HR Operations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, reporting, and HR systems while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS data.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and filing systems.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, and spreadsheets).
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Exposure to HRMS tools such as Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar platforms is an
- advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
