What is this role about

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Trainee to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in HR Operations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, reporting, and HR systems while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS data.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
• Support attendance, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases and filing systems.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, and spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Exposure to HRMS tools such as Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar platforms is an
• advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
