HR Operations Team LeadPosition Overview
The Talent Management & Employee Life Cycle (ELCM) Specialist is responsible for executing and managing Talent Management and ELCM processes with a focus on system administration, internal assessments coordination, and stakeholder support. This role ensures seamless service delivery from employee hire to retirement while maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous process improvements. Work model is Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Employee Life Cycle processes from hiring through retirement.
Execute system administration tasks related to Talent Management processes.
Coordinate and oversee internal assessments such as 360 and Leadership Assessments.
Ensure accurate data management and compliance with organizational policies.
Provide service delivery support and timely resolution of inquiries for stakeholders.
Deliver Talent Management and ELCM services in compliance with defined SLAs.
Monitor performance metrics, report on service delivery, and implement corrective actions.
Recommend and implement process improvements and support system upgrades.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Talent Management, ELCM, or HR Operations
Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools (good to have Workday & SAP experience)
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus, with a keen interest in leveraging them to enhance productivity and drive smarter decision-making
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
