As a core member of the Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM) team, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute HR processes in Workday based on requests received via ServiceNow.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while performing tasks and collaborate effectively with the front-office team.
- Proactively resolve queries with a strong focus on quality, providing clear explanations in cases of dependency or delays.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM), from hire to retirement/termination.
- Perform monthly controls and activities in alignment with defined processes, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurately maintained.
- Generate employee-related letters as per HR Business Partners (HRBPs) requirements.
- Capture ELCM-related activities in the appropriate systems and log employee queries in the designated ticketing tool.
- Ensure delivery of ELCM services in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including Turnaround Time (TAT), quality standards, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and apply new knowledge innovatively to improve processes and outcomes
Your background
- A Bachelor's degree in any stream
- At least 1-3 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a can-do attitude
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment
