We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and will be responsible for managing various HR operations functions to ensure a smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations processes including onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support employee relations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill HR needs and support organizational goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in India.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
