Job description
Role Overview We are looking for a junior HR professional with 1 - 2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The role is suitable for early-career HR professionals who want hands-on exposure to HR processes, payroll coordination, employee support, and GCC operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Assist with exit processes and documentation
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, payroll, and benefits
- Coordinate with internal HR and payroll teams for issue resolution Payroll & Data Support
- Assist in collecting and validating attendance and timesheet information
- Support tracking of salary issues, payslip discrepancies, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain HR records and Excel trackers (joiners, leavers, employee master data)
General HR Support
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
- Prepare basic HR reports and summaries
- • Support HR activities such as HR connect sessions and employee communications
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
- 1- 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR support roles
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working with HR Ops or HR shared services
- Exposure to HR tools/portals (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Experience in startups.
Note -
Shift Timings are - 12PM - 9PM , Cab drop facility available
