About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated HR Enabler Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless HR services by executing and supporting core Workday transactions and HR processes for employees in North America. You will be part of a dynamic team that ensures data accuracy, process compliance, and operational efficiency across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage HR processes such as job changes, promotions, transfers, separations, and compensation adjustments using Workday. Ensure timely and accurate execution of these transactions
Validate and update employee records, ensuring alignment with organizational structures, cost centers, and job families
Support global and local exit processes by initiating separation requests, rescinding resignations, and coordinating case managers and HR Partners to ensure smooth transitions
Generate operational reports, monitor business process events, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Utilize ServiceNow and Workday tools for end-to-end processing of Employee change requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Liaise with HR Partners, Case Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve escalations, clarify process ownership, and maintain service quality
Track daily actions, monitor case progress, prioritize tasks by level of urgency, and comply with country regulations.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and analytics.
