Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR operations across outlets/locations
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Track attendance, weekly offs, leaves, and shift records
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team
Ensure timely collection and verification of attendance data from outlets
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports
Maintain manpower trackers, attrition reports, hiring status, and attendance dashboards
Generate reports using Excel and present operational insights to management
Employee Coordination
Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation
Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning and HR compliance
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure employee files and statutory documents are updated
Support HR audits and compliance-related activities
Maintain HR SOPs and operational processes
Requirements
2–5 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, reporting)
Experience handling attendance and payroll coordination for multiple outlets/employees
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience working with HRMS/payroll systems
Multi-outlet or retail/F&B experience is highly preferred
