You will be working as HR Operations Junior Team Lead - Compensation & Performance and will be a part of Global Business Services (GBS), HR Delivery team based in Bangalore. You will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to HR Operations Delivery Manager - C&B, you will be supporting the Team Lead /Delivery Manager to manage a team of 3 to 5 team members.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Managing the execution and delivery of the Annual Incentive planning and Individual Performance Measure process
  • administration for the Compensation and Performance Service Lines according to the defined Service Level agreements. Ensuring all compensation information is stored accurately in the local and global systems. Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and maintaining accuracy and timely processing of information with all
    stakeholders
  • Preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes and capturing data related to Compensation and Performance into appropriate systems as necessary
  • Supporting employee queries using HR Case Management Tool and leading process improvement projects as and when required. Fully responsible for managing the operations of the assigned part of the team
  • Driving accuracy, SLA achievements, work allocation, workforce management, cross-training, backlog management and quality controls. Supporting HROS Specialists and HROS Team Leaders in complex and/or escalated cases
  • Driving 4-eye-checks and other defined controls and operational management activities. Supporting KC and driving KT phase, ensuring the right quality level of SOPs and driving operational readiness activities
  • Preparing reports and performing analysis when requested by the business. Ensuring that the team is following the operational and company procedures
  • Having a good understanding of teams metrics (KPIs, SLAs, Ask HR report), facilitating execution of process changes and improvements. Demonstrating organizational awareness beyond own area of responsibility
  • Comfortable adapting to emerging AI technologies and digital tool

Qualification for the role

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Administration, or other relevant fields
  • Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in the Compensation and Performance function
    Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills and other analytic tools and techniques is a must
  • Must have team handling and delegation skills and the ability to create a learning atmosphere among team members
  • Strong Customer service orientation and collaborative and conflict-resolving skills is an added advantage
