HR Operations Executive (IT.SaaS Industry)

Location: Gujarat (Hybrid)

Experience: 4-5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operational activities within our IT/SaaS industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HRMS/HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including offboarding processes.
  • Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training programs.
  • Maintain HR data management and generate reports as required.

What We're Looking ForCore Skills

  • Strong experience in HR Operations and proficiency with HRMS/HRIS tools.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and implementation of SOPs.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment coordination processes.
  • Understanding of LMS and training administration.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in an HR Operations Executive role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA (HR) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
  • Exposure to HR compliance, policy implementation, onboarding, offboarding, LMS, and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
