HR Operations Internship in Gurgaon

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Operations Fresher to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month internship period. Based on performance and overall evaluation, the candidate will be offered a full-time opportunity with the company.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain employee and candidate records.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback.
• Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks.
