We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support Talent Acquisition (TA), Employer Branding, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination (sourcing support, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups)
- Coordinate with college placement cells for campus hiring drives
- Assist in employer branding initiatives (presentations, engagement activities, internal communication)
- Maintain HR operations trackers (onboarding, attendance, leave, access cards, workforce data non-confidential)
- Support onboarding coordination and documentation follow-ups
- Assist in planning monthly employee engagement activities and HR sessions
- Prepare HR reports and operational summaries as required
