Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR Operations team with day-to-day activities, employee data management, and compliance documentation. This role offers
hands-on exposure to core HR processes and statutory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

. Support HR Operations activities, employee records management, and exit documentation
. Maintain and update employee data in HRMS/Excel ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
. Assist in HR compliance documentation related to audits, policies, and statutory requirements
. Organize, verify, and maintain employee files (digital and physical)
. Support preparation of HR reports, trackers, and MIS
. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents
. Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

. Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
. Basic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes
. Knowledge of HR documentation and data compliance practices
. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic data handling
. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
. Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

. Exposure to HRMS or payroll systems
. Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws - basic level)
. Prior internship or academic project in HR Operations.
